The agile development process is the best! As a "certified project manager" I have to admit that I am a bit embarassed to admit that agile is the way I've always tried to work -- it works a lot better if you admit that you're agile and dive right into the tried and true methodologies. Our team is really great and I am so blessed to be a part of it. The product offers a key value for customers, giving them a tool to enable great conversations with their intended customer -- then DELIVER with the the work you've already done! Takes WYWIWYG to a whole new level!
WYWIWYG -- what you want is what you get??? Actually that was a typo, and I meant WYSIWYG. But I think I like "want" better!
